TERMS AND CONDITIONS Ownership 1. Title of goods supplied by Little Comfort shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price in full. Returns and Exchanges 2. All returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt of goods to Little Comfort, Montevideo, Doonan, Donegal Town, Ireland. Be sure to include your name, address and order number with the package. Items must be returned in original unused condition and packaging. Items returned in altered or used condition will not be refunded or returned unless sender pays for the return shipping. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Little Comfort prior to them being posted.
3. Goods must be sent with full postage paid and recorded post is strongly recommended. Postage costs are not elegible for refunds. It is the responsiblity of the customer to pay for the return of any items. Delivery and Delivery Charges
4. All orders will be subject to a delivery charge and will be posted by Standard mail for small orders and courier for larger orders, unless otherwise instructed. Delivery Charges are subject to change.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once packages have been shipped, An Post/the courier/Royal Mail and your country's postal service is responsible for delivery. We do not insure packages - if you would like your order insured, please request this when you check out.
5. All items are usually in stock. If for any reason we are out of an item, we will either remove it from the website or inform the customer that the item is out of stock immediately after order is received. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases if order is received prior to 3pm we ship same day, otherwise shipping will take place the following working day.
6. Delivery time will depend where the customer is based. We cannot take responsiblity for lost or delayed packages. Shipment can be made by either regular airmail, registered airmail (must be specified in which an extra charge will incurr) or by courier (not available to all countries, however it will be displayed for those that it is available to during the checkout process).
Back Orders 6. In the event that an item is out of stock it will be placed on back order and dispatched separately. Backorders will be subject to additional postage charges. Customer will be informed immediately if an item is out of stock.
Customer Service 7. We will respond to any customer queries as soon as possible. Our normal response time is within 24 hours. We will help customers in any way we can, whether it's a query about our products or the general use of cloth nappies.
Contract
8. Once we receive an order from a customer, whether they have chosen to pay by cheque or by credit card. A contract is established between the customer and Little Comfort. If a customer wishes to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, customer must contact Little Comfort immediately. If customer cancels order after it has been shipped. Customer will be liable for any shipping charges incurred.
Private Policy
9. Any information passed on to Little Comfort through customers will not be passed on to any third party. Information will for the use of Little Comfort only. |
