DID YOU KNOW?
It can take up to 500 years for a disposable nappy to degrade in the lanfill? Most nappy rashes are a consequence of your babies reaction to the chemicals and gels in disposable nappies A child will use between 4,000 and 6,000 nappies between birth and potty training.
NEW GENERATION NAPPIES
Nappies have come a long way since the terry squares and rubber pants. Little Comfort cloth nappies are easy to use, care for and environmentally friendly. Choosing the right nappies for you and your baby is an important decision; not only does it affect your baby’s most delicate part but also the environment. Little Comfort nappies use poppers. A simple 30 degree celsius wash is all that is needed, use Napisan in the wash to kill bacteria. Otherwise wash at 60 degree celsius.

WHY CLOTH NAPPIES?
Advantages of using Little Comfort reusable nappies:
* Are no longer hard work * More economical * Easy to use * Easy to care for * Wash every 2 to 3 days (the more nappies you have the less frequency you need to wash) * Environmentally friendly * No chemicals used * Does not cause nappy rash * No more pins * No need to boil nappies * Minimize landfill waste * Children that use cloth nappies are known to potty train earlier than those using disposable nappies * Soft non-rubber covers are used instead of the old rubber pants.
HOW MANY NAPPIES?
The amount of reusable nappies you will need will depend on what you decide your washing cycle will be. You can start with as little as one day pack, however the more nappies you have, the more cost effective and less frequent your washing will be. So if you are going to wash every 2 days, you need around 20 nappies. Add another 5 nappies for a 3 day cycle. You will need 2 to 4 covers in each size.
