Washing instructions: Pre-wash all nappies prior to use. It can take up to 5 washes before they reach their maximum absorbancy. Velcro nappies, avoid tumble drying where possible, as velcro does wear and tear with high heat. If needed tuble dry for 5 or 10 minutes to finish drying them. Put velcro items into mesh bags (available on our accessories section) to avoid garments catching onto each other. No need to wash in temperatures over 40 degrees as this may degrade the lifespan of velcro and fabric. Use napisan or milton as an anti-bacterial in the wash. No need to pre-soak, this also can wear and tear the nappies much faster.
Trying Nappies out: When trying nappies for the first time parents tend to try them at night. This can be the trickiest time to master the use of cloth at night (depending on the baby), therefore try them during daytime first, then proceed to using them at night. For night some babies need both boosters and some even three!
